At the same time, the software compatibility of the SKIF-GEO-OFIS office supercomputer and large SKIF configurations for applications performed on CPU with the x86-64 architecture, both at the level of application source codes, and at the level of binary (executable) application files, are provided. To speed up calculations or create high-quality graphics displaying the calculations, the SKIF-GEO-OF-OFIC office supercomputer provides an connection to the HU (FAS Thunderbolt 3.0, 40Gb/s) external GPU (Geforce GTX 1080; RADEON RX VEGA 64).
WU17 supercomputer configuration "SKIF-GRID-CNG" with the video card ASUS GeForce RTX 2080Ti 11Gb (4352 cores CUDA, 544 kernels of Tensor, bandwidth of 616GB / s) are focused on solving computational problems in the field of artificial intelligence and image processing. System software, means of developing parallel programs
Supercomputer software supports the development of parallel programs and perform tasks in a distributed environment.The operating system for computing environments are Linux distributions. The main application for parallel programming tasks for the MPI and Infiniband protocol is MVAPICH, OPENMPI packages. Tools for developing system and application software include Compilers of the programming languages C, C++, FORTRAN. Support the development and execution of GPU software code using CUDA and Open CL technologies.
Users at will can get any environment and computing tools based on open source and free licenses. The use of commercial software packages and the licensing procedure is considered individually for each case.
Procedure for access and pricing of services
Payment for the provision of services is estimated by the results of the launch of the tasks. It consists of payment 0.36 rubles. for the processor / hour and settings and support of specialized software.Computing resources may be provided for FREE over a specified period of time for cases of complex configurations or the presence of an uncertainty factor in assessing the effectiveness of computing or using resources and services.
To obtain remote access to computing resources, the RSCCKP is required
- Send an application in an arbitrary form, describing the required calculation environment, number of processor elements, disk space and intended remote access traffic. To work in close proximity to computing plants, it is possible to rent a specialized class-containing room, where additional services for printing documents, using the projector can be obtained.
- To issue a contract for the use of the resources of the RSCCP (the contract template can be sent after processing your application for your e-mail address specified by you).

Aeration and scope
The cluster personal supercomputer is designed to conduct complex scientific calculations, modeling, solving engineering computing problems and teaching programming techniques using parallel computing technologies.
Distingerative features
The cluster personal supercomputer fills a niche separating conventional personal computers and powerful supercomputer configurations, providing the ability to use supercomputer technologies in a separate organization, a unit for solving complex tasks using parallel computing methods. It is an almost ideal tool in the educational process for familiarizing and learning supercomputer technologies. In the design of the personal supercomputer, the original engineering design and technological solution of the layout is implemented and the possibility of implementing a cooling system for computational nodes based on radiators with pressed thermal pipes or fans is provided. A personal supercomputer does not require the creation of special conditions during operation, has small dimensions, weight and power consumption, low noise and heat levels, software compatible with high-performance clusters for data centers.
Main technical characteristics

- disc memory - at least 250 GB.
The asse ass are implemented on the basis of the system board and have:

The IRPI-OFIS cluster personal supercomputer can be equipped with external SSD and (or) high-performance video card to visualize the results of the contracting (additional options).
The cluster is designed both for round-the-clock and shift work in the mode of repeated switching-off during the day in normal climatic conditions of operation.
Information for the Customer
The production of an instance(s) of a single configuration cluster is approximately 4 months. The cost of the supercomputer "IPI-OFFICE" depends on the configuration and is from 75 000 rubles. In coordination with the Customer, it is possible to install application software optimized for working on a cluster personal supercomputer.
